About the Event
Join Mariska Beekenkamp-Wladimiroff as she discusses the many different perspectives used by artists throughout art history. We will look at one point perspective, multiple point perspective, continuing perspective, reverse perspective (inverted perspective), the 4th dimension and other ways to look at or experience the space in a work of art. Art works from different moments in times will be chosen, focussing on Western European art although references will be made to other regions in the world.
