About the Event
In partnership with Linden House Social Calendar we will be diving into some of the world's greatest artworks, which are right here in London and can be visited free of charge! Learn about who made them, where and why, but also gain access into what makes these works special, different and what to look out for!
This month we will be looking at a mural by Banksy which hasn't been removed and resold for crazy amounts of money. Still in situ you can visit when on your way to the Barbican. This British contemporary artist might seem like a graffiti artist living for a laugh and a headline, but the artworld has caught up with his popular appeal, and Banksy has properly earned his place in art history. Truly independent, highly socially involved, and with a dry British wit, it is time to introduce the artist and his work!
